Several reports are available to help with data management.

Table 1 lists the reports that are available.

Report Description
Monthly Data Summary A summary of monthly data held in all of the accounts of a location, group of locations, or all locations.
Account Data Health Check report Provides detailed information about missing activity data and about gaps in your data.
Data Completeness using Closed On Dates Find accounts that were closed where data was captured after the closed on date.
Note: This extract report replaces the Validation - Closed-on Dates extract report from earlier instances of IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.
Data Completeness using Opened On Dates Find accounts where data capture dates are at variance with the opened on date. The first data capture date might be before the opened on date of the account, or a period might pass before the first data capture records are added.
Note: This extract report replaces the Validation - Opened-on Dates extract report from earlier instances of IBM Envizi ESG Suite.
Accounts Incomplete Data report Provides details of accounts that contain missing or overlapping data across a reporting period.
