Several fields are available to configure when you create or edit an action plan.

Note: Action plans are visible only under complex programs.
The parameters in Action plan fields are associated with an action plan:

Action Plan 75 Y Name of the action plan.
Action Plan Class 200 N Types of action plans. The field is a customizable list.
Action Plan Source 250 N  
Acton Plan Status 50 N The status of the action plan. The field is a customizable list.
Acton Plan Description 250 N Description of the plan.
Comments 300 N Any additional comments.
