Restoring an account

Restore an account's access to an application.

About this task

You can restore accounts that are suspended only.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Applications.
  2. Select the application.
  3. Select the menu icon and select Accounts.
    The summary table displays the following categories for each account.
    • User
    • Account status
    • Account user name
    • Compliance status
    • Date created
  4. Filter by account status. Select Suspended and apply the filter.
  5. Select the row for the account that you want to restore.
    The account summary pop-out is displayed.
  6. Select Restore.
  7. Confirm that you want to restore the account by selecting Submit.
