Managing accounts

View the status page for account lifecycles.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Applications.
  2. Select the application.
  3. Select the menu icon and select Accounts or select the accounts icon from the application summary pop-out.
    The page displays the accounts for the application. It also displays the Quick insights summary that shows the options that need immediate user attention.
    • Total accounts
    • Compliant
    • Non-compliant
    • Unmatched
    • Orphaned
    The summary table displays the following categories for each account.
    • User
    • Account status
    • Account user name
    • Compliance status
    • Date created
  4. Optional: Use the search field to sort by an account user name.
  5. Optional: Select Filters to filter the accounts.
    You can filter by
    Account status
    Filter selections are
    • Active: The account is fully operational and the user can access the application with full privileges.
    • Disabled: The account gets disabled on deprovisioning operation failure.
    • Not provisioned: When the provisioning request has failed.
    • Suspended: The accounts that are disabled on target application.
    • Provisioning: When the provisioning operation is in progress. After the operation completes, the account is Active and compliant.
    • Deprovisioning: When the deprovision operation is in progress. After the operation completes, the account is either Suspended or removed.
    • Suspending: When the account suspension is in progress.
    • Restoring: When the account restore operation is in progress.
    Compliance status
    Filter selections are
    • Compliant: The account attributes and permissions match between the identity source and target system with no discrepancies. The discrepancy is checked on the basis of the attribute mapping defined in the application configuration.
    • Non-compliant: The account has attribute, permission or status differences between the identity source and target system that require remediation.
    • Unmatched: The account exists in the target system but has no corresponding identity in the identity source.
    • Unmanaged: The account exists in the target system but is not managed by the identity governance system.
    • Failed: The compliance remediation operation for the account has failed.
    You can use any combination of filters to refine your results. Select Apply filters to modify the report. The selected filters are displayed above the table. You can clear the filters by selecting the Reset link.
  6. Select the row to see the summary details of the account. Details include such items as the given name, surname, email, realm, account user name, account ID, Date created, account status, and compliance status.
