Generating a reviewer activity report

You can generate reports to show the status of review requests in your access certification campaign.

About this task

Table 1. Individual activity information
Information Attributes Descriptions
Time Stamp time When the certification request was made.
Campaign data.campaign_name Specifies the campaign name.

Assignee
  • data.assignee_username
  • data.assignee_realm
 Specifies the name and realm of the assignee.
Application data.applicationid The identifier of application that was targeted by an event.
Type data.target_type Specifies whether the review request is for a user or group entitlement.
Name data.target The target of the event.
Reviewer
  • data.reviewer_username
  • data.reviewer_realm
 Specifies the name and realm of the reviewer.
Action data.action Specifies the action.

Procedure

  1. Select Reporting& diagnostics > Reports.
  2. Select whether to run the report on all campaigns or a specific campaign.
  3. Select the View Report link on the Certification campaign activity tile.
    The Certification campaign activity page displays the reviewer activity for the current day.
  4. If no activity is displayed, change the date range for the report.
    Select the From and To dates to display the calendar drop downs and select the dates for the report.
    Note: The To date cannot exceed the current date.
  5. Select Run Report.
    The Report information is refreshed. The Reviewer activity tab displays a summary report for
    • The number review request that were approved.
    • The number review request that were rejected.
    • The number review request that were auto-processed.
    • The number review request that were redirected.
    • The number of review request that were not reviewed.
  6. Optional: Select Filters to filter the results.
    You can search by
    • Application
    • Campaign
    • Target type
    • Action
    • Assignee user name
    • Assignee realm
    • Reviewer user name
    • Reviewer realm
    You can use any combination of filters to refine your results. Select Apply filters to modify the report. The selected filters are displayed above the table. You can clear the filters by selecting the Reset link.
    Note: The search fields are case-sensitive.
  7. Select an event to see its details. See Campaign activity reviewer event details.
  8. Optional: Change the date range for the report.
    Select the From and To dates to display the calendar drop downs and select the dates for the report. You can't go back more than 90 days.
    Note: The To date cannot exceed the current date.
  9. Select Run Report.
    The Report information is refreshed.
  10. Optional: Generate a CSV file for the report.
    1. Click Generate CSV.
    2. Follow the directions in Downloading a CSV report.
