Viewing the compliance log for devices in the MaaS360 Portal

The Compliance Logs page displays a list of all devices that are currently out of compliance with rules that are configured by administrators.

Procedure

From the MaaS360® Portal Home page, select Security > Compliance Log.
The Compliance Logs page is displayed with the following information:
Option Description
Device Name The name of the device that is provided by a user during enrollment or the device ID and model number (if the device name is not provided by the user).
Username The name of the user who accesses the MaaS360 agent.
Active Rule Name The reason that the device is currently out of compliance.
Rule Set Name The set of rules that are applied to the device.
Action Configured The actions that are taken on a device that is out of compliance.
Action Status The status of the action that is taken on an out of compliant device: Executed, Planned, and NA (Not Available) values.

Note: The NA status is displayed only for devices that are configured to receive compliance status alerts.

Time of Execution The time the action was taken on the device.

A device is no longer displayed on the Compliance Logs page when the out of compliant device is remediated and complies with the assigned rule sets.

Note: The number of records that are available for a device in the Compliance Log depends on the number of violations that the device has incurred.
