Viewing the compliance log for devices in the MaaS360 Portal
The Compliance Logs page displays a list of all devices that are currently out of compliance with rules that are configured by administrators.
Procedure
From the MaaS360®
Portal
Home page, select .
The Compliance Logs page is displayed with the following
information:
Option | Description |
---|---|
Device Name | The name of the device that is provided by a user during enrollment or the device ID and model number (if the device name is not provided by the user). |
Username | The name of the user who accesses the MaaS360 agent. |
Active Rule Name | The reason that the device is currently out of compliance. |
Rule Set Name | The set of rules that are applied to the device. |
Action Configured | The actions that are taken on a device that is out of compliance. |
Action Status | The status of the action that is taken on an out of compliant device: Executed, Planned,
and NA (Not Available) values. Note: The NA status is displayed only for devices that are configured to receive compliance status alerts. |
Time of Execution | The time the action was taken on the device. |
A device is no longer displayed on the Compliance Logs page when the out of compliant device is remediated and complies with the assigned rule sets.
Note: The number of records that are available for a device in the Compliance Log depends on the number of violations that the device has incurred.
