Account Management overview
Account Management in IBM® MaaS360® Portal provides partners with centralized visibility and control over Partner, Customer, and Trial accounts.
Important:
The self-serviceable interface for onboarding a Business Partner to Account Management is not generally available for all users. To onboard a partner to IBM MaaS360, contact IBM Support. For more information, see Onboarding a partner to IBM MaaS360.
Use the Accounts page to create and manage Customer and Partner accounts in IBM MaaS360. It simplifies processes, reduces complexity, and helps partners manage interactions and streamline operations efficiently.
Account Management capabilities
- Create and manage Customer, Trial, and Partner accounts.
- Monitor account lifecycle status, license usage, and enrollment limits.
- Perform lifecycle actions such as expiring, extending, or converting accounts.
- Export account information and license usage reports.
- View the audit history to track administrative actions.
- Switch between accounts to manage child accounts.
