Incident reporter

Starting in 9.1, use the Incident Reporter application to quickly capture the details for fugitive emissions or safety incidents from anywhere.

The incident reporter application captures incidents such as injury and illness, security incidents, a near miss, a spillage, a safety observation, or a failure in a safety process, and emissions. You can verify the status of the incidents reports by listing active or completed incidents on the Incident Reporter page.

Starting in 9.2, preview existing incident details from a map or add a new incident associated to an asset or location from the map.
