Creating incident reports

Starting in 9.1, create an incident record to capture the details for fugitive emissions or safety incidents.

1. In Role Based Applications of the Self service module, select Incident Reporter > Create incident report
2. Create an incident report from the Create incident report or Maps page.
   • Tap + (plus sign) to open the Create incident report page.
   • Starting in 9.2, open the Maps page to create an incident report for your current asset or location.

     Hold to create an incident pin and open the Create incident report page. The address section is pre-filled with your current longitude and latitude values.

     Tip: Use the Save my GPS location option to override the read-only longitude and latitude values.
3. Add incident details, incident events, address, location, asset, impacted people, and action taken for the incident.
   Tip: After the incident is created, attach documents such as images, text documents, or web pages that might be useful for further action.
4. Submit the incident report.
5. To review the status of your incident report, use the Incident Reporter application.
