Searching audit records
Search and filter audit records to find specific administrative changes in IBM Maximo Inventory Optimization.
About this task
The audit dashboard provides filtering and search capabilities to help you locate specific audit records. You can filter by module name, date range, user, or search for specific text within the results.
Procedure

From the navigation menu, click .
The audit dashboard displays with a list of all audit records.
- Optional:
To filter by module, enter or select a module name in the Module name field.
Available modules include System operations, Data enrichment config, Access management, Workflow settings, and others.
- Optional:
To filter by date range, enter dates in the From date and To date fields.
Use the format yyyy-mm-dd or click the calendar icon to select dates.
- Optional: To filter by user, enter a name or email address in the Modified by name or email field.

Click Apply to apply the filters.
The audit records list updates to show only records matching your filter criteria.
- Optional:
To search within the filtered results, enter search text in the Search field.
The search filters the displayed records based on the text you enter.
- Optional: To clear all filters and return to the full list, click Reset.
Results
The audit dashboard displays the filtered audit records showing the module name, operation type (Created, Updated, or Deleted), modification date, user who made the change, and an action link to view more details.
What to do next
To view detailed history for a specific module, click View module history in the Action column.
