Audit dashboard field reference
Reference information for fields and columns in the audit dashboard and related audit history pages.
Audit dashboard fields
The main audit dashboard displays the following columns:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Module name | The name of the system module that was modified. Examples include System operations, Data enrichment config, Access management, Workflow settings, Lookups, Cost model, and Data export config. |
| Operation | The type of operation performed on the module. Values include Created, Updated, or Deleted. |
| Modified date | The date and time when the change was made, displayed in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. |
| Modified by | The name and email address of the user who made the change, displayed in the format "Name (email@domain.com)". |
| Action | A link to view more detailed information. Click View module history to see table-level changes within the module. |
Filter fields
The audit dashboard provides the following filter fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Module name | Filter audit records by module name. Enter or select a module name to display only records for that module. |
| From date | The start date for the date range filter. Enter a date in yyyy-mm-dd format or use the calendar picker. |
| To date | The end date for the date range filter. Enter a date in yyyy-mm-dd format or use the calendar picker. |
| Modified by name or email | Filter audit records by the user who made the change. Enter a name or email address. |
| Search | Search within the filtered results for specific text. The search applies to all visible columns. |
Module history fields
The Module History page displays the following columns:

| Table name | The name of the database table that was modified within the selected module. |
| Operation | The type of operation performed on the table. Values include Created, Updated, or Deleted. |
| Modified date | The date and time when the table was modified, displayed in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. |
| Modified by | The name and email address of the user who made the change. |
| Action | A link to view table-level details. Click View table history to see record-level changes within the table. |
Table history fields
The Table History page displays the following columns:

| Title | The title or identifier of the record that was modified. |
| Description | Additional descriptive information about the record, such as expiration dates or other relevant details. |
| Operation | The type of operation performed on the record. Values include Created, Updated, or Deleted. |
| Modified date | The date and time when the record was modified, displayed in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. |
| Modified by | The name and email address of the user who made the change. |
| Action | A link to view record-level details. Click View record history to see field-by-field changes and version comparisons. |
Record history fields
The Record History page displays detailed field-level changes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Version | A timeline of all versions of the record, displayed on the left side of the page. The current version is marked as "Current" with a green badge, and historical versions are marked as "Historical" with a purple badge. Each version shows the modification date and time. |
| Modified by | The name and email address of the user who made the change, along with the operation type (Updated, Created, or Deleted). |
| Compare | A toggle switch that enables version comparison mode. When enabled, you can select "Previous version" to compare the selected version with its immediate predecessor. |
| Field name | The name of the field that was modified in the record. |
| Previous value | The value of the field before the change was made. This column appears when comparing versions. |
| Current value | The value of the field after the change was made. |
| Changed fields | A section that displays only the fields that were modified in the selected version. |
| Unchanged fields | A collapsible section that contains fields that were not modified in the selected version. Expand this section to view all unchanged field values. |
Operation types
The following operation types appear in audit records:
- Created
- A new module, table, or record was created.
- Updated
- An existing module, table, or record was modified.
- Deleted
- A module, table, or record was removed from the system.
