Glossary access and permissions

Glossary participants can view all the values that are used in artifacts that they have access to. Participants with an editor license can edit the description, contents, and types of values. Participants who have permission to manage and edit the glossary can also rename and merge values, indicate which terms are preferred, set the visibility of values, delete values, and manage the list of glossary participants.

Glossary participants who have Manage and Edit permissions can add or remove participants from the Library > Glossary > Users tab. They can also select which participants or groups have Manage and Edit permissions.
