Blueworks Live IQ adheres to IBM®'s policies regarding AI usage within its products to keep your data secure.
Data handling
Your process data is not used to train the AI model.
Conversations that you conduct with Blueworks Live IQ within the Blueworks Live AI assistant chat are logged to improve the product experience. This data is used to understand usage patterns and improve Blueworks Live IQ performance and results.
Sensitive internal data is not exposed outside of your account.
- Chat history

Blueworks Live IQ retains your chat history across sessions for each process you interacted with. Your messages remain available unless you select Restart conversation
. When you restart, your entire chat history for that process is permanently cleared and cannot be recovered. Before you restart a conversation, make sure that you save or copy any information that you want to keep.
Data accessible to Blueworks Live IQ
- BPMN structure, including activities, events, gateways, and roles.
- Process details and properties, including (when available) cycle times, costs, participants, and custom properties.
