Initiating Invited Registrations

You can initiate an invited registration for a supplier from the Supplier Qualification module.

Procedure

To initiate an invited registration, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Supplier Qualification > Manage Registrations.
  2. In the Search Result pane, click New.
  3. In the Define Registration page, set the following parameters:
    1. In the Registration Code field, enter the unique code for the registration.
    2. In the Registration Title field, enter the name of the registration.
    3. Select the registration template from the Template list. The template must be based on a type that uses the invited registration workflow.
    4. Click Browse to add suppliers.
    5. In the Scope for Registrations section, browse and select the Categories and Organizations.
    6. Click Save & Next step.
  4. In the Define Timeline section, select the dates for the Initiate Invited Registration, Answer Invited Registration, and Clear Invited Registration fields and click Save & Next Step.
    Note: The deadlines are used as triggers by the system to generate reminder notifications.
  5. (Optional) Add participants. For more information on adding participants, see Adding Participants
  6. In the Prefill Questionnaire section, provide answers to the questions and click Save & Next Step.
  7. In the Start Registration section, click Start to begin registration or select the date and click Schedule.
