Creating RFx from the Import Template

You can create an RFx from the import template. The import template is provided to users at the time of installation. If you do not have access to the template, please contact your system administrator or the Emptoris customer representative.

To create an RFx using the import template, complete the following steps:

1. Enter information in the import template by following the instructions provided in the template.
2. On the RFx(s) menu, click Create New > RFx.
3. Click Create From Import.
4. Select the file and other settings applicable to file, and then click Save. If the file is successfully imported the RFx is displayed on the RFx list page.
