Scenario Building

Building a scenario means starting with a less complicated scenario and adding elements to it one at a time (or sequentially) and checking their results. After you analyze the results of the various individual elements you can create a scenario using a combination of elements that suits your procurement needs the best, and then run it. You can then use the awards suggestions to award the RFx.

This feature is applicable to RFP, RFQ, and English reverse auctions.

The objective of building scenarios is to use the various configuration options and constraints to get the best possible procurement solution.
