Scenario Creation Overview

You can create scenarios for RFQs, RFPs, and auctions.

The following table displays the various stages in the Scenario Creation process:

Stage	What can you do
Basic Information	Enter the name and description for the scenario. You can also use the basic information page to copy configurations from another scenario.
Advanced Configurations	Configure settings such as creating scenario suggestions, including supplier created constraints to scenarios, enforcing business constraints.
Factor Weights	Assign weights to factors that may affect your procurement decision. By default, price is assigned 100% weight. You can reduce the weight of price and include factors such as quality.
Business Constraints	Define constraints for capacity, supplier count and more based on which the bids you have received would be analyzed.
Delivery Constraint	Define delivery constraints.
Scope	Define the scope of the scenario.
