The following considerations apply to offline presentation.
- When you present a contract offline, the internal party retains the lock.
- You can select the parties to whom you want to present the contract.
- A contract that is presented offline cannot be presented again until a new revision of it applies.
- You can disable an external party user account without an impact on the operation on the internal party side.
- Offline presentation assumes that you want to perform your negotiation manually, but you can still use IBM Emptoris Contract Management as a tracking assistant.
