IBM Maximo® Applications support for IBM Fusion

Mapping of IBM Maximo® Applications with IBM Fusion.

Note: If you have the IBM Maximo® software configured in your environment or have plans to configure it, then use only the ibm-operator-catalog of the IBM Maximo® software. For more information to install this catalog, see IBM Catalogs and Installing Maximo Application Suite.

For the general Maximo BR procedure, see https://github.com/IBM/storage-fusion/tree/master/backup-restore/recipes/Maximo/2.9.x.

If you plan to use any Maximo application dependent on Kafka such as IOT and Monitor, do not use the Strimzi open source operator in conjunction with IBM Fusion Backup & Restore service. Instead, use the Streams for Apache Kafka by Redhat (previously AMQ-Streams). For more information about the limitations, see https://github.com/IBM/storage-fusion/tree/master/backup-restore/recipes/Maximo/2.9.x#limitations.
