Modifying communications configuration control statements

CDC Replication for z/OS® reads communications configuration control statements when communications are being initialized. These statements are read from the CHCCMMxx configuration control data set member. The sample communications configuration data set member is copied to the configuration control data set during the installation process, and should be modified for your working environment.

Note: CDC for z/OS supports encryption of communications for administration and replication activities by using the IBM® Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS) product. CDC for z/OS has no configuration parameters for describing or controlling how AT-TLS manages encryption for CDC for z/OS.
