Defining custom feeds

In addition to offering predefined and certified email service provider partner feeds and Best Practice Campaign feeds, LIVEmail allows you to define a completely custom export format for any data export of visitor activities used to power a remarketing campaign.

About this task

LIVEmail supports two types of custom formats:
  • Activity Record Feed
  • Customer Record Feed
  • Defining Activity Record feeds
    The LIVEmail Activity Record feed delivers an export that is processed daily and that can be configured to include many visitor site activities.
  • Defining Customer Record feeds
    The LIVEmail Customer Record feed delivers an export that can be processed daily or weekly and can be configured to include any number of visitor site activities, customer attributes, and session attributes.
