Define Titles

You can define the titles to be displayed in the Title drop-down on Address user interface screens.

About this task

To define titles:

The Title window is displayed.

1. Click the Add icon to add a new title. The Title Details pop-up window is displayed.
2. Enter information in the applicable fields. The following table describes the fields in the Title Details window.

   Table 1. Fields in the Title Details window

   Field	Description
   Title	Enter the title.
   Short Description	Enter a short description of the title.
   Long Description	Enter a long description of the title.

3. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
