You need to choose right bitness of Information Server Pack for SAP BW 188.8.131.52 that was installed on 64 bit Linux server to avoid installation problems
To uninstall the 32 bit Pack components from a 64 bit Linux or UNIX server,please follow the steps:
1. Go to the DSSE
The default for DSSERVERDIR is /opt
2. Type the uninstaller.bin command.
Note: To uninstall in console mode, type the uninstaller.bin -console command.
3. If InfoSphere Information Server services tier is installed on a different computer from InfoSphere Information Server engine tier, use the following steps to uninstall the Pack documentation:
a. On the computer where the services tier is installed, go to the DSSE
The default for DSSERVERDIR is opt/
b. Type the uninstaller.bin command.
Note: To uninstall in console mode, type the uninstaller.bin -console command
