Hello all,

I am using eClient 8.4 with the user icmadmin (administrator). When I am logging in, the only option available for me is the "Search" option. I don't have any other option, such as Worklists, for example. When I am using the Client for Windows, all the option are available to me.

What could be the reason?

    Please check you IDM.properties file to ensure the parameter workFlowEnabled=true is set.

      Hello MikeAA,

      Thank you for your answer. I've set the parameter "workFlowEnabled" to true, but the situation hasn't changed. Any other thoughts?
