Hello guys, I am experiencing a problem with Cognos 8.4.1 and I need your help. Here is the whole picture:
We have an installation of IBM Tivoli Common Reporting 2.1.1 (which is actually Cognos 8.4.1 running on WebSphere App Server).
The installation is Single Computer - on Windows 2008 Server x64.
Everything seems to be running fine.
I have added Notification details in Cognos Configuration to use the delivery service to email reports. In Cognos Configuration the Notification test runs ok and sends a test email to the email user that I added. But when I run a report in advanced mode using email send option - the job hangs with Status Waiting and the following message: CNC-SDS-0408 There are email messages waiting to be sent.
I turned full log level for delivery service and I get the following lines in the cogserver.log:

I tried reinstall - the same thing happend.
I read some threads in the net that suggest that the Delivery Service is not running but it's enabled in Cognos Configuration.
Does anyone have an idea about this issue?

If this is a new install, just download and apply FP3 because FP3 incoudes (FP1 and FP2).
We have had this issue when you moved to 8.4.1.

How did you turn full log to mail delivery with Tivoli Common Reporting and Cognos.
I just enabled the mail tracing, but the informtation in log about mail delivery is very short.
I will appreciate your help.
