Pinned topic Connection Timed Out problem

Hello,

After I clicked on the link 'Start your sand box session now',  I kept getting the following error message:

" The connection has timed out"

The server at 204.90.115.95' is taking too long to respond.

I have tried different browsers, IE and Firefox and different version of Citrix 3.4 and 3.3. But none of them worked.

Anyone can provide advice on this, please?

    Hi,

      I think it  maybe the  firewall issue on your end. The Sandbox environment use port forwarding, for the sandbox you request is 204.90.115.95:10008 , it need to open outgoing port 10008 for port 80 (http) , 5008 for port 1494 (citrix).

      You could try http://204.90.115.95:10008 now to see if you could see the citrix login page. If you can't then it probably been block by firewall.

      Let me know if you still have connection issue. We could prepare an Sandbox without port forwarding, it should pass firewall. Email me cfeng at us.ibm.com.
