Pinned topic Storage Insights "Get Started" no access

Received the email with "IBM Storage Insights dashboard is ready". The "Get Started" link goes to a url that is not reachable "The requested URL /srm was not found on this server."

Appreciate your help. Thanks. Tony

    Reason for this authorization failure is a mismatch between the registered IBM id (subscription owner) and the IBM id that was used for authentication. We are going to resolve this for you and we will let you know right afterwards so that you can try again.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue, the client got the "get started" mail and cannot access his instance. There should have been an "accept invitation" mail after registering for a SI instance, but we crosschecked the clients mailserver, there is none.

    Where to go to for support?

    Hello Konrad,

    Please open a support case at ibm.com/mysupport and provide all of the relevant details - including your client's email address/IBM ID and the URL for the Storage Insights service in question.  When we receive a support case, my team will investigate and update.
