Today I updated an earlier post about Visual Studio 2005 run-time DLL dependencies to discuss an additional option - embedding the manifest file in an executable.
Next week this blog will be broadcasting from the IOD conference in Anaheim, where I'll be kept busy with a JSP talk, making up the numbers in an IDS performance panel, representing Windows in Meet the Experts and volunteering in the daily news team. So if you see a bright and cheerful engineer delivering your news at 6:30am, it won't be me as I'm not good at mornings.
The scale of the conference and number of technical topics to choose from borders on overwhelming. From the planning emails I've seen the organizers have been working very hard to get this ready. Hope to see you there.
