Carriage return removed from long description after upgrading to Maximo 7.5 / 7.6

Hello,
This is a common problem that is reported to us here at L2 support. There is a fix that will update these long descriptions by running a simple bat file. I have attached a link to our Knowledge Base document that outlines the steps needed to correct this issue.
