Tony,I'm enjoying your "travel around the world" blogging but I'm having a hard time processing your "I have a nutrionist" with "I eat at McDonalds" statements! ;>)Steve

Steve,It was meant as a bit of humor, doing opposite of what my nutritionist, Jennifer Higgins, would advise, while I am out of town. (She would oppose the bun, at home I usually ask for my burgers to be wrapped in lettuce instead)<div>&nbsp;</div> This is not to imply that McDonald's food is not nutritious. The nutritional details about each item on the menu can be found here:<div>&nbsp;</div> http://www.mcdonalds.com/usa/eat/nutrition_info.html<div>&nbsp;</div> -- Tony
