This course addresses the concepts, methods and applications in today’s business in order to help students (companies) turn today’s customer insight into action, enabling new business processes. Based upon the open standards/technologies and IBM product/technology (IBM SPSS and Cognos), this course details the theories and technologies of how to make good decisions in the business of buy, market, sell and service. By the end of the course, the students will comprehend most of the statements and topics in Smarter Commerce, grasp the fundamental approaches to deal with those problems, and be able to solve practical applications.
