Since a few days the new version of Mozilla's Firefox v52.0 is available, but after upgrade the Mozilla Firefox to v52.0, Firefox 52.0 does not open ITM Enterprise Portal Web (Browser) Client does not find the installed Java
Symptom
Running the ITM Enterprise Portal Web (Browser) Client in the Firefox browser, the Firefox is missing an installed Java on the system and ask to install and download the ITM Java from the TEPS, although the JAVA is downloaded and installed, The next time the Firefox is missing again the JAVA.
Cause
Starting from Mozilla FireFox 52.0 upwards the JAVA Plugin is removed from the Firefox browser.

Resolving the problem
If you need the ITM Enterprise Portal Web (Browser) Client you need to uninstall the Mozilla Firefox 52.0 and install the Mozilla Firefox 52.0 ESR (Extented Support Release).
This Firefox version still supports the JAVA Plugins.
