Abstract

After upgrading Mozilla Firefox to v52.0, the ITM browser client does not find the installed Java

Starting from Mozilla FireFox 52.0 upwards the JAVA Plugin is removed from the Firefox browser.

If you need the ITM Enterprise Portal Web (Browser) Client you need to uninstall the Mozilla Firefox 52.0 and install the Mozilla Firefox 52.0 ESR (Extented Support Release). This Firefox version still supports the JAVA Plugins.



As an alternative you can also use Java Webstart or install the TEP desktop client.
