About AMT


Account Management Tool (AMT) is a powerful, integrated suite of online functions used to access and manage all aspects of your account in a secured environment. AMT allows you to:

Eliminate the need of hard copy documents. Access your complete account information at any time. Retrieve and monitor account data. Track scheduled payment dates and amounts. View credit availability. Request a transaction approval. Receive summary and detail invoice information. Receive electronic notification of upcoming payment date. Make payments online. Track and resolve billing issues. View your accounts in other countries/currencies/languages.

Setting up your AMT account You can set up your AMT account right now by following a simple, two-step process. Step 1: Registration - Creation of an ID and password Go to the following link at, create ID, click on "Register" and follow the instructions. Note: IBM ID and password is case sensitive.
Once your ID is created, please write down your IBM ID and password and store in a safe place. Note: IBM internal customers (email ends in ibm.com): Go directly to the IBM Registration Tool (IRT) to submit your AMT access request.https://irt.irt-2-0-prod.dal.app.cirrus.ibm.com/services/ibmregtool/
Step 2: Requesting Access to AMT.
Now log into the Account Management Tool and enter your IBM ID and password you just created in Step 1.
Complete the Registration form and click submit to send your request to the AMT Registration team for processing. You will receive an email once your request is complete.
Remarketer features & capabilities Account Summary

Retrieve and monitor account data, track scheduled payment dates and amounts, view credit availability, and receive summary invoices, invoice detail and payment schedule information.

Electronic Invoices

Download and print daily invoices in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or spreadsheet format. Reduce costs and maximize efficiency while improving turnaround time.

Disputes

Resolve issues about IBM invoices with simplified forms, review the status of disputes from start to finish, upload dispute data to eliminate data entry, receive electronic notification of dispute status, and resubmit information on a closed dispute to reopen an investigation.

Statements

Receive monthly billing statements promptly and view them for the entire month. Download statements in .pdf format.

Remittances

Create and submit remittances to IBM Global Financing. The cash application cycle time is reduced, thereby allowing greater flexibility to finance purchases with IBM Global Financing.

Supplier features & capabilities Account Summary

Retrieve and monitor account data, forecast cash receipts, view payment and invoice detail. AMT eliminates the need to fax or overnight paper reports.

Transaction Approval

Create a request online to obtain credit approval for IBM Global Financing transactions, view and track the status of your requests.
