It is designed to help financial institutions reduce the complexity of managing ISV and SaaS workloads, while helping to demonstrate regulatory compliance faster and more efficiently.

The Framework operates with a shared-responsibility model across all parties that can enable financial institutions to move confidently to the cloud, helping address the regulatory barriers impeding modernization. Only ISVs and SaaS providers that demonstrate compliance with the Framework are eligible to deliver offerings with the Financial Services Validated designation.
