Trial support

Trial subscribers have access to self help materials. Your trial administrators also have access to trial account support. With self help, you can get your questions answered in our forums as well as accessing training materials and documentation. With trial account support, trial company administrators can get answers to their initial trial account setup questions.

IBM Connections Meetings Cloud support

In addition to accessing self help, meetings hosts or participants having an urgent issue with a meeting in progress are eligible to contact support. Administrator support

Company administrators with an active subscription are eligible to contact support for assistance with issues they have been unable to resolve.

Administrators can open all support tickets with customer support using electronic Service Request (SR) on the IBM Support Portal or by phone for severity 1 issues only. Administrator support is available in English and for SR submitted PMRs in select local languages.
