The Extreme Blue™ internship program helps clients to discover new, innovative solutions to move their business forward.

In just twelve weeks, an Extreme Blue team with top university students develops a proof of concept and a business plan for a client’s business challenge. This dedicated small-team approach is unique – combining high-potential business and technical students with early-career IBM professionals, as well as IBM’s most-distinguished business and technical leaders, scientists and visionaries.

Extreme Blue projects are divided into 5 phases: analysis of the challenge > generation of ideas > selection of final solution > development of “proof of concept” and business case > presentation to Extreme Blue Expo, the client, IBM executive management, and international press

The Extreme Blue team culture is all about intensity, passion, challenge, creativity, fun and no boundaries. The combination of top talent students without prejudgement and an innovation focused environment, has already surprised many people and organizations with new insights and outcomes.

This year Extreme Blue is stationed in the Forum of HDK Amsterdam, which has temporarily been redesigned. Are you in the need for some creativity? Or would you like to have a client meeting in an inspiring environment… VISIT US till the 16th of September!!
