Man kunne forledes til at tro, at det vil blive dyrt kun at have én serviceleverandør på samtlige hardwareprodukter.

Vi har dog gennem adskillige år erfaret, at det kan lade sig gøre at levere service der er op til 20% billigere end vores konkurrenters, mens det er muligt for os at give jer helt op til 25% billigere service på storageprodukter.
Ydelserne giver support af både IBM-udstyr og ikke-IBM udstyr under én samlet kontrakt og med ét kontaktpunkt. IBM påtager sig derfor det fulde ansvar for support af hele jeres installation. Det betyder, at I kun behøver én serviceleverandør.
