Dibbe has more than 25 years of leadership in software development, support and offering management. She is currently responsible for the strategy and roadmap for the IBM Engineering portfolio covering the end to end product lifecycle including workflow, requirements management, system design, and test management. The IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management offerings are optimized with AI, accelerate Industry Compliance, and enable cross industry supplier collaboration based on OSLC, an open integration standard. These offerings are available as SaaS, on prem and as Hybrid Cloud. Dibbe is leveraging her engineering and industry expertise to drive IBM’s DevOps transformation through continuous software delivery activities and on-going transparent development in jazz.net. She received a MBA from North Carolina State University and is a frequent speaker, most recently at IBM Think 2019.
