As we start fourth quarter, let me ask for a few minutes of your time to view this quarter’s kickoff video from IBM Training, Skills, and Support Offerings.

In this installment, I talk about the enhancements to our Skills Gateway, updates in personalization to the Learning Dashboard, and present the benefits of MESH – Modeled Education from Support History. I also cover highlights of some of the upcoming offerings, including training credits and the Digital Learning Subscription. New Collar, our most recent award for Digital Badges, and an overview of our exciting new collaboration with Northeastern University round out the topics, along with promotion of the great capabilities and expertise of our Global Training Providers.
