New Certification Available: IBM Certified Developer – App Connect Enterprise v12.0

IBM is pleased to announce the release of a new Certification – IBM Certified Developer – App Connect Enterprise v12.0.

This intermediate level certification is intended for developers who have the knowledge and experience using IBM App Connect Enterprise v12.0 to develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support platform-independent integration applications. Developers are expected to have experience with cloud applications and tools to develop and deploy container-based solutions. In addition to development, they are also expected to generate IBM App Connect Enterprise artifacts from patterns, and use troubleshooting, and monitoring tools.

To attain this certification candidates must pass C1000-171, IBM App Connect Enterprise v12.0 Developer.

The exam consists of eight sections:

  • Section 1: Develop IBM App Connect Enterprise Toolkit Solutions
  • Section 2: Develop IBM App Connect Enterprise Designer Solutions
  • Section 3: Application Configuration
  • Section 4: Extend App Connect Enterprise
  • Section 5: Install and Configure
  • Section 6: Security
  • Section 7: Solution Assembly, Configuration, and Deployment
  • Section 8: Troubleshooting and Tuning
