Flashes (Alerts)

Abstract

IBM Cognos Analytics version 11.2.4 FP1 has a known issue with third party certificates and we are working on a fix. Our recommendation is to not download this release at this time. A fix will be made available on Fix Central soon.

PH53729 CAM-CRP-1054 ERROR WHEN RE-SAVING CONFIGURATION WITH THIRD-PARTY CA ENABLED ON 11.2.4 FP1

When Third-Party Certificate Authority is enabled in 11.2.4 FP1, the configuration is able to be saved once (and the product will start), but if Cognos Configuration is saved and re-opened, subsequent attempts fail with the following error:

CAM-CRP-1054 No configuration was loaded

Configuration using the Cognos CA (http or https) work correctly - the issue is only seen when Third-Party certificates are in use.

This issue has been fixed in 11.2.4.1 IF1, please find link below.

Content
