This Interim Fix resolves an issue where the user is not able to save their configuration when using a third party certificate authority.
When Third-Party Certificate Authority is enabled in 11.2.4 FP1, the configuration is able to be saved once (and the product will start), but if Cognos Configuration is saved and re-opened, subsequent attempts fail with the following error:
CAM-CRP-1054 No configuration was loaded
Configuration using the Cognos CA (http or https) work correctly - the issue is only seen when Third-Party certificates are in use.
