Viewing application performance metrics
IBM® API
Connect
provides two ways to view application performance metrics for Node.js applications running locally:

the built-in metrics dashboard and sending the data to third-party consoles
or log files.
Important: From IBM API Connect Version 5.0.8.7, the
apic start command
referred to on this page is no longer supported by the API Connect toolkit.To view application performance metrics, you have to run your app with apic
start. The metrics dashboard is available automatically. To use third-party consoles, you
need to set an environment variable and have the console configured properly.
