				The search operation to retrieve the list of suffixes from server failed.
		 

      User response 
				The error might have occurred for one of the following reasons:
				
					Root DSE search is not working on server. 
					Root DSE of the server is not showing naming contexts. 
					There is another error retrieving suffixes. Contact IBM Software Support.
