				Unable to connect to the directory server or administration server. Check to be sure that the server is running and reachable through the network.

				The error might have occurred for one of the following reasons:
				
					 The server might be down. Start or restart the server. 
					 There might be a problem in the network. Check the network settings and check that the ping command to the server returns Success.
