GLPSSL024E Failed to start with SSL. Starting in configuration only mode without SSL.


      Explanation 
      The server was unable to start using SSL.  It is starting in configuration 
      mode only without SSL.
       

      User response 
       Check that the SSL port being used is valid and is not the same as 
       the non-SSL port. After correcting any problems, restart the server.
