Explanation
An administrator attempted to encrypt an attribute, but attribute encryption is not
supported by all consumer servers. The change is not allowed because the schema
would not be usable on the consumer servers.

Use an attribute encryption setting that is supported by all servers, or upgrade the
consumer server to a version that supports encrypted attributes.
