      Explanation 
      In previous releases, if an attribute table name was longer than 16 bytes, 
      the table name was truncated to 16 bytes.  Starting with IBM Tivoli Directory Server
      6.0, longer attribute table names up to 128 bytes are supported.  When the IBM
      Tivoli Directory Server 6.0 or later server 
      is started for the first time, any attribute table whose name was truncated to 
      16 bytes will be renamed to the longer table name.
