      Explanation 
      The LDAP Proxy Server's connection with the associated back-end server has been disconnected.  This message is
	  printed for every connection opened to the back-end server.
       

      User response 
      Verify that the network between the proxy server and back-end server is up.  Verify that the back-end server is running, and also
      verify that an administrator can bind to the back-end server.  Connection cleanup enabled on a back-end server can also cause connections
      from the proxy server to be dropped.
